Dementia Care
Dementia is a challenging condition to live with and requires a high level of quality care. As part of the Music and Memory Group, we offer special exercises to help our dementia patients. Music has been proven to help dementia patients feel like themselves. Our dementia residents have their own iPod with a playlist of their favorite songs.
Alzheimer’s Care
Alzheimer's is another disease that we take seriously. We are part of the National Alzheimer’s Association. Through Memories in the Making, Alzheimer’s patients are encouraged to paint pictures from their memories. Learn about the Memories in the Making program.
Medicare Certified Beds
Each room is equipped with high-quality therapeutic beds that are incredibly comfortable and adjustable to fit each resident’s preference.
Therapeutic & Special Diets
Diet is essential to a successful recovery, and at Ashton Medical Lodge, we take care to ensure that each resident’s diet best reflects the needs and demands of their treatment plan.
